We run small classes that foster a sense of fun and support, ensuring everyone stays motivated and engaged. It's about working collectively towards a fitter you, while also building a fun and lasting connection with others on the same journey.

Who is this challenge for?Anyone. It’s for those of all levels looking to build strength, improve flexibility, and create a consistent fitness routine.
When does the challenge start and finish?From May 5 to June 15, 2025.
Where is the studio located?Bosboom Toussainstraat 62.
How many sessions are included?You can book up to 3 sessions per week, totaling 18 classes over 6 weeks. We will have 7 classes each week, allowing for some flexibility in scheduling.

What types of workouts are included?Each 50-minute session combines Pilates and strength training, focusing on areas like core, booty, and overall strength.
What equipment do I need?We provide all the equipment! Just bring yourself, water, socks, and a towel if you’d like.
What is the cancellation policy?We understand that life can be unpredictable and after some weeknight wines, you may need to cancel your session. We impose a small cancellation fee of €5 for cancellations made within 8 hours before the class. We also kindly ask you to cancel as soon as possible so someone else can take your place in that session.
